Welcome to Unit 2 – Giving body to the sense of hearing

We will continue watching some videos which document the projects carried out in Portugal, now with particular attention to hearing. It is essential to listen to what the group participants want to do. We must give time to listen and to be listened. A democratic process where we understand what is to be accomplished.

When you working in a community everybody must have a voice so that the activities can be successfully developed.

Listen to everyone’s objectives and build your project together.

Activity 1

Listen to and watch the videos made with adults with multiple disabilities and do the exercise.

After viewing the videos try mention the group’s starting points to carry out the activities.

View the 2 following videos and explore your sense of hearing. Think about the different interpretations that can be made based on the same experiment.
